33Lo! Allahu ta’ālā preferred, He has chosen, Adam and Noah and the House of Abraham and the House of 'Imrān, meaning [He preferred] their selves [sc. Abraham and 'Imrān], above the worlds, by making prophethood reside in [them and] their progeny: |
